Shipping policy

By placing an order with Flavours Distribution Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our Dffrnt Fine Ferments.

2. Ordering

• Orders must be placed through our official website, email, or phone.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details to ensure successful delivery.

• Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order

if stock is unavailable.

3. Delivery

• We offer deliveries on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed on

a Friday will not be sent until the following Monday due to the live nature of the

product.

• Delivery is available within Mainland UK and Wales. Additional fees may apply for

locations outside this area. Contact us for a quote.

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to

receive the order, alternative arrangements must be made in advance to receive the

shipment and to store in a cool place.

• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather,

traffic, or supply chain issues).

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be made in full before delivery is scheduled.

• We accept Online payments via our ordering website or BACS transfer.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns.

• If a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us, within 24 hours with

photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Storage and Consumption

• Dffrnt kombucha must be kept refrigerated at all times. There is no expiration date,

but a best before date. The product will never spoil and can be consumed well past

the ‘best before’ date provided it has been kept refrigerated.

• We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper storage.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure they are available, to receive their order at the agreed-upon

delivery time.

• Any special delivery instructions must be communicated at the time of ordering.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes

will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
